Do you charge a call-out fee?
State your call-out policy here, for example whether the visit fee is waived when the customer goes ahead with the work.
Is it an emergency?
Treat burning smells, scorch marks, sparking, exposed live wires and outlets that are hot to the touch as urgent. Switch off the power if it is safe and call.
Will my power be off during the work?
Usually only on the circuits being worked on. For panel upgrades the whole property is off for part of the day, and we tell you the times in advance.
Do I need a permit?
Many jobs such as new circuits and panel changes do. Explain here which permits apply locally and that you handle the paperwork and inspection.
Is your work guaranteed?
Explain your workmanship guarantee and the manufacturer warranties on the parts you install, including how long each one lasts.
